Draft Your LLP Agreement Online

An LLP agreement is a legal document that describes the rights and obligations of the Limited Liability partners in an LLP. In India, an LLP agreement helps the partners state their duties regarding how they will run the LLP.

The LLP agreement under the LLP Act, 2008, provides for the operation of the LLP on mutually agreed terms. Where a matter is not addressed in an agreement, certain provisions of the LLP Act and Rules may apply.

• Offers a clear and transparent LLP agreement format.

• Clarifies rights, duties and responsibilities of partners.
