End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Fitlife Natural Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your use of the Jaagruk Bharat mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to post content, such as text, comments, replies, and other materials ("User-Generated Content"). By posting any User-Generated Content, you warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you post.
• The content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• The content is not abusive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Content:
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing content.
• Misleading or false information.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Pornographic, obscene, or offensive material.
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User-Generated Content at our discretion, without notice, if it violates this Agreement or any applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (except for User-Generated Content), is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
• Exploit the App commercially without our permission.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you breach any part of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or that it will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].
