Professional or technical postgraduate courses such as M.Tech, M.Sc. in Agriculture, M.Sc. in Forestry, Postgraduate courses in Medical Science, MBA, MCA, M.Pharm, or other equivalent Master’s courses.
Diploma courses such as Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Medical Radiography Technology, Course in Ophthalmic Assistance or Surgical Ophthalmic Assistance, General Nursing and Midwifery, Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery, Psychiatric Nursing, and other such medical courses recommended by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training, as well as courses offered by Polytechnic and Agricultural Polytechnic Institutions.

Applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Odisha.
