Individuals interested in applying for this state govt scheme first need to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same or not. The Unemployment allowance eligibility criteria are as follows:
Applicant should be a permanent resident of the state of Haryana.
Applicants should be between the ages of 21 and 35 years.
Applicant must have cleared the 12th standard along with a 2-year certificate or diploma course from a Haryana-recognised university, or a graduate course, or a 3-year certificate or diploma.
Annual income of the applicant or their family, including spouse, should not be more than Rs. 3 lakh, or the family should not own residential or commercial property worth more than Rs. 10 lakh, or agricultural land of more than 2 hectares of land.
Applicants applying for the scheme should be registered with any Employment Exchange of the state for a minimum period of 3 years or more from 1st November of each year.
Applicant should not be a student, a trainee, or an apprentice.
Applicant should not be already employed or an entrepreneur.
Applicant should not be a dismissed government employee.
Applicant should not have any record of criminal history leading to an imprisonment of around six months or more.
Applicant should be a part of the Saksham Yuva Scheme under the Employment Department.
Individuals can apply for this govt employment scheme through an online platform from the comfort of their homes. The application process is mentioned below in a stepwise manner so that you can follow it easily:
Step 1: Please visit the official website of the Antyodaya SARAL Portal.
Step 2: Begin the application process by registering yourself in the portal. Click on ‘New User’ and register using your details, like name, email address, mobile number, state, and set a password before submitting the details.
Step 3: Validate using the OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number or email ID.
Step 4: After successful registration, click on ‘Log in’ and log in to the portal using your set credentials. i.e., email ID and password.
Step 5: Navigate to the ‘Apply for Services’ option and then click on ‘View all Available Services’.
Step 6: Search for the name of the scheme and then click on it as soon as you find it.
Step 7: Fill out the Unemployment Allowance form carefully and accurately.
Step 8: Also, fill in the details of your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), after which your family details will be displayed on the screen.
Step 9: Select the name of the family member for whom the scheme is being applied, and validate using the OTP, which will be sent to the registered mobile number of the selected family member, and then click on ‘Verify’.
Step 10: Upload all the scanned copies of all the required documents, recheck the filled details, and then submit the application form.
