If you got your hands on your FASTag ID through a recognised bank, like HDFC FASTag balance check or IDFC FASTag balance check, you can check the FASTag balance easily in some steps described below:
Step 1: Please visit your bank's official website or mobile application.
Step 2: Log in to the portal or app using your mobile number, customer ID, or vehicle number, whichever is required.
Step 3: Proceed to the ‘FASTag’ section and then navigate to the ‘balance check’ option to view your FASTag’s balance.
If you are someone who has linked their FASTag accounts through popular mobile wallets, such as Paytm, PhonePe, Airtel Payments Bank, or others, you can check your FASTag balance in some simple steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Please open the mobile wallet app on your device.
Step 2: Log in to the app and click on the ‘FASTag’ option.
Step 3: Select the linked vehicle or FASTag account and view its current balance.
One of the ways of checking the FASTag account’s balance is through the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) Portal, by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Please open the official website of the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) Portal.
Step 2: Log in to the portal using your vehicle number or FASTag ID number and verify using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your number.
Step 3: Click on ‘View FASTag Balance’ and check the balance.

People can also begin the process of a FASTag balance check number with the help of VPA. One can do so in the following way:
Step 1: Please open any Unified Payment Interface app, like PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.

Please give a missed call by dialling 8884333331 from your registered mobile number. The number will automatically send an SMS with your FASTag balance.
