The applicant should be a permanent resident of the Union Territory of Puducherry and must be able to provide valid proof of residence when applying.
The applicant should be registered and undergoing regular treatment at a recognised Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Centre or Link ART Centre approved by the Government.
Those candidates who are residents of the Puducherry region need to register themselves at the ART Centre, IGMC&RI Puducherry or at the Link ART Centre, JIPMER Puducherry.
Those from the Karaikal region of the state should have been registered and taking treatment at the ART Centre in Nagapattinam.
Candidates in Mahe should complete the inner registration in the ART Centre, Calicut and proceed with treatment as advised.
Candidates who live in the Yanam region should be registered with the ART centre in Kakinadia and have their regular treatment record maintained.
Candidates who appear for registration with any future ART / Link ART Centres in Puducherry will be eligible as per government norms.
HIV/AIDS Pension Scheme is an offline application. Eligible applicants should contact the relevant welfare offices in their respective areas and fill in the application form prescribed by them, and submit the necessary documents.
Step 1: Applicants are required to obtain details about the scheme at the office of pension applications allotted to them in their area.
