The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) scheme was introduced to provide financial assistance to the students of Bihar who seek to further their studies. What Is The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme?
The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) scheme was created to provide financial aid to students from Bihar seeking to attain skills and qualifications for higher education.
