The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) recently announced a recruitment drive for Probationary Officer (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) posts for the year 2024. The IBPS releases jobs for these posts almost every year and IBPS jobs 2024 are out now.

The IBPS PO/MT PO jobs can be applied for only in an online mode by visiting their official website. The application process will start on August 1, 2024, for 4455 job posts in different banks across the country. The IBPS/PO recruitment is conducted by IBPS, which is an autonomous body responsible for recruitment to various sectors. The last date to apply is 21st August 2024.
The application fee for General/OBC Candidates is ₹850. The fee for SC/ST/PWD Candidates is ₹175. Candidates must pay the application fee online through net banking, credit card, or debit card.

If you are wondering what is the qualification for IBPS PO, then we have the answers for you. The qualification and eligibility criteria are given below:
The applicant must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India.
The minimum age should be 20 and the maximum age should be 30 on August 1, 2024.
The applicant must have a degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
The IBPS probationary officer exam syllabus is divided into three portions. The syllabus scheme is given below:
Preliminary Examination: An objective test consisting of three sections – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability will be conducted during this round.
Main Examination: An objective test consisting of four sections – Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation, followed by a descriptive test (Essay and Letter Writing) will be conducted and the applicant must pass this exam to reach the interview stage.
Interview: Candidates who qualify in the Main Examination are called for an interview conducted by the participating banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each state/UT and in case they pass the interview, they get a job post.
