How Would It Work?
People can register on the U-WIN portal with the help of their government-issued IDs like Aadhaar cards. After registration, the U-WIN portal would track 25 vaccines for children and 2 vaccines for pregnant women. After every vaccination appointment, the data would be updated and the upcoming dates for the next vaccination would be available on the U-WIN portal.
Shri JP Nadda, the health minister also informed that the U-WIN portal would be available in 11 regional languages for easier use.
