Application Process

Eligible enterprises who are interested in registering under the scheme and receiving the Udyam Registration Certificate are required to follow some easy steps to complete registration and get their MSME certificates:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Udyam Registration Certificate.

Step 2: Click on ‘New Registration’ and complete the verification by authenticating your Aadhaar card.

Step 3: After verification, fill in your business details like the type of enterprise, PAN, address, and bank details.

Step 4: Validate your PAN card.

Step 5: Apply and note the Udyam Registration Number. The certificate will be issued after some minutes.

Step 2: Click on ‘Print Udyam Registration Certificate’ from the home page.

Step 3: Enter your URN and the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar.

Step 4: Complete the verification by filling in the OTP.

Step 5: Download the Udyam Certificate and print the certificate.

Udyam Registration Certificate Verification

The registered enterprises can verify their MSME certificate by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Udyam Registration.

Step 2: Click on ‘Verify Udyam Registration Certificate’ from the home page.

Step 3: Enter your URN and the MSME you wish to verify, and click on ‘verify’.

Step 5: The details of verification will be displayed on your screen.

Forgot Udyam Registration Number

In case of forgetting the URN, please follow the below-mentioned steps to retrieve the number back:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Udyam Registration.

Step 2: Click on ‘Forgot Udyam Registration Number’ from the home page.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number or mail ID.

Step 4: Complete the verification by filling in the OTP.

Step 5: After verification, the URN will be displayed on your screen and sent to your mail and mobile number for reference.

How To Apply For Udyam Registration Certificate Renewal

The MSME certificate doesn’t require annual renewal as it provides registration for a lifetime. However, if your business details (such as investment, turnover, or contact information) change, businesses need to update their information. One can log in using their URN and update their details.
