Starting in the next financial year all residential properties which are shops and measure less than or equal to 100 square yard dimensions will receive total exemption from house tax. The tax benefit will help numerous households together with small business owners who live mainly in densely populated areas.
Partial Relief for Mid-Sized Properties: Properties from 100 to 500 square yards in size will get their house tax reduced to half the original amount. Mid-sized homeowners throughout different localities will experience reduced financial responsibilities due to this specific provision.
The Government has given 1,300 housing societies that previously lacked tax eligibility a historic 25% house tax rebate. The scheme benefits families living in these societies through this decision for their inclusion.

Owners of Mid-Sized Properties: The 50% tax cut offered under this scheme benefits homeowners who possess Middle-sized properties located in South Extension and Vasant Kunj with areas ranging from 100 to 500 square yards.
Housing Society Members: Housing societies consisting of 1,300 members who now qualify for reduced taxation will observe diminished joint financial obligations that promote fair taxation practices.

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi scheduled its official implementation through a House meeting scheduled for February 25th 2025. The plan requires timely payment of 2024-25 property dues by residents to benefit from all available advantages under the programme.
