Institutional Land Holders
Families with Embodied Higher Economic Status, including,
Current / ex-holders of the post of the constitution
Members of Parliament, ministers, mayors, and hypothetical senior government officers
Pensioners with CPF with a pension above ₹10000 pm (exemption classes not included)
Income taxpayers, professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, NRIs, and those above economic standard

Farmers eligible under the NSMNY scheme can apply easily using the application process which has been simplified below:
Step 1: Registering yourself on the PMKISAN Portal: It is the first step that all farmers who are willing to avail the benefits under the PM Kisan scheme should carry out.
Step 2: Eligibility Verification: Eligibility is also checked for the registered beneficiaries.
Step 3: Taluka Level Approval: Before approving, every Taluka Nodal Officer first confirms the necessary details.
Step 4: District and State Level Approval: District and state officers check and confirm applications, which conclusively determine eligibility.
Note: In cases where a Taluka Nodal Officer registers a farmer directly, there is no need for approval from either district or state levels.
