She has to be an official member of the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
Such a woman should be registered at least twelve months before delivery.
Such assistance is provided only twice.
A construction worker should register with the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
There are benefits for up to two daughters.
Such an individual must have registered at least 12 months before the delivery date.
If both parents are registered workers, only one parent shall claim the govt scheme amount.

The process of applying for the Telangana Maternity Benefit Scheme is simple and there are only a few steps which must be undertaken. This process is offline and allows applicants to hand in their forms. Here are the steps that an applicant ought to undertake:
Application Form: Collect the maternity form from the office of the labour department.
Fill Out the Form: Fill in all mandatory spaces in the form and add any necessary attachments (to be signed by yourself where applicable).
Submit the Form: The applicant has to hand in all the documents along with the application to the assigned official of the Labour Quick Reference Guide.
Acknowledgement: Make sure, in the end, to ask for a receipt from the submission authority which should have the relevant details about the application submission.
Note: Applications must be submitted within one year from the delivery date.

The BOCW Act registration card (properly signed).
A copy of the renewal receipt.

A pre-signed receipt.
Attested copy of the first page of the bank's passbook.
