Step 1: Go to the stated website of the department.
Step 2: Then choose ‘Madhu Babu Pension Yojana’.
Step 3: You have to complete an online application form and upload any relevant documents needed.
Step 4: Submit the application.
Applicants can visit their nearest Block Development Office (BDO) or Municipal Corporation office to submit the application form with the necessary documents.

Step 1: B.D.O fulfils this requirement by registering applications in a particular register.
Step 2: The applicant has to provide the Extension Officer who is assigned to it them investigate the application and verify documents within 15 days.
Step 3: The B.D.O. forward the applications to the Sub-Collector for necessary action.
Step 1: The Sub-Collector has a period of fifteen days to evaluate applications.
Step 2: If there is not enough information, then the application is forwarded to the B.D.O.
Step 3: The applicant receives an approval or rejection notice and is also provided with a photo ID card.
Pension payments commence from the first of the month following receipt of this approval. Remuneration is made in a list that may be subject to alterations whether some of the recipients die or new people qualify for a place on the list.
Applicants need proof of age, residence, income, identity (Aadhaar/Voter ID), and disability (if applicable) for submitting their applications.

Photographs: Three passport-size photographs taken in the last month and signed by the applicant.
Income Certificate: A certificate which states yearly family income issued by the Tahsildar.
Disability Certificate: Paper from a credible source for the disabled type of ad post.
Leprosy Certificate: doctor's certificate that one has leprosy or any other related ailments.
AIDS Recommendation: Proposal by the Orissa State AIDS Control Society.
Proof of Age: Evidence of age like voter’s register, and birth certificates.
