Any organisation has the Leave Travel Concession commonly abbreviated as the LTC Scheme which affords the employee money to travel on leave. Key benefits of the government scheme include:
Financial Assistance: There has also been a provision of LTC ₹1,500 every 4 years to meet travel expenses for employees.

The following criteria have to be met by the workers in Haryana to apply for the Haryana Labour Welfare Board Travel Scheme.
The applicant must be employed in an industrial or commercial establishment in Haryana.
The worker should be registered with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.
The worker's monthly salary should not exceed ₹18,000.
The worker must have a service period of 5 years.
The worker should not have received any LTC amount earlier in the concerned block.

The following steps can be followed to register under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.
Step 1: Visit the official Labour Department Haryana website.
Step 2: Click on “Welfare Board Beneficiary Login” on the home page.
Step 3: If you don't have login details, click on “Click Here” to register.
Step 4: Read all instructions, tick the acknowledgement, and click “Submit.”
Step 5: For Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Family ID verification:
If you don’t have a Family ID or have forgotten it, select that option to be redirected to the PPP Portal to get the ID.
If you have a Family ID, select “I have family ID,” enter the Family ID number, click “Fetch Family Details,” select a family member, enter the OTP sent for verification, and click “Click to Verify.”
Step 6: A new page will open, verify all the details shown.
Step 7: Fill in all details, noting that fields marked in red are mandatory.
Step 8: Upload a photo and click ‘Submit.’
Step 9: A “Successfully Registered” page will appear, and you will receive an SMS/email confirmation.
Step 10: After submission, log in using your username and password.
After registering, the following steps can be followed to apply for the Sarkari Yojana.
Step 1: Visit the official Labour Department Haryana website.
Step 2: Click on "Welfare Board Beneficiary Login" on the home page.
Step 3: Enter your Username, Password, and Captcha, and click "Submit."
Step 4: Click on "Schemes" in the opened window to see the list of schemes.
Step 5: Select the scheme and read its details.
Step 6: Fill in the required details in the online application form and submit it.
Workers can use the Antyodaya-SARAL portal to register and apply for this state government scheme. People who want to register using this portal can follow these steps.
Step 1: Visit the official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: If not registered, click on “New User” under ‘Sign In Here’ to register.
Step 3: Fill in the required details like Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State.
Step 4: Click on ‘Submit.’
Step 5: Verify your mobile number and email ID using the OTP received to complete the registration process.
After registering in the portal, workers can follow these steps to apply for the Haryana Labour Welfare Board Travel Scheme.
Step 2: Log in with the email ID used for registration.
Step 3: Enter your Password and Captcha, then click ‘Login.’
Step 4: Click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services.’
Step 5: Search for the government scheme and click on it to open the application form.
Step 6: Enter the Parivar Pehchan Patra number (Family ID) and click “Click here to Fetch Family Data” to see the registered family members.
Step 7: Select the beneficiary/applicant name, enter the OTP sent to the selected family member, and click “Click to Verify.”
Step 8: Fill in all the necessary details and upload the required documents.
Step 9: Click submit.
