Leave Travel Concession Haryana: Application Process, Benefits & More

The "Leave Travel Concession Haryana Scheme" was introduced by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board under the Labour Department of the Government of Haryana. This state government scheme provides ₹1,500 to workers employed in industrial and commercial institutions in Haryana as Leave Travel Concession. The amount is given for travel once in a block of 4 years. The first block of this govt scheme was for the years 2012-2015.

What Is The Haryana Employee Travel Benefit Scheme?

The Employee Travel Benefits Haryana is a benefit provided by the employers to the employees. With the help of this govt scheme, employees can get paid back for the expenses incurred when they take a trip during their leave. The purpose of LTC is to encourage employees to take vacations and travel for rest and recreation. Let’s understand how workers can avail of the benefits of this scheme.

Benefits

Any organisation has the Leave Travel Concession commonly abbreviated as the LTC Scheme which affords the employee money to travel on leave. Key benefits of the government scheme include:

  • Financial Assistance: There has also been a provision of LTC ₹1,500 every 4 years to meet travel expenses for employees.

  • Encourages Work-Life Balance: The changed LTC benefit encourages a shift from work, and thus has positive implications concerning the healthcare state of individuals working under these policies.

  • Supports Domestic Tourism: This way, employees may decide to visit any area within the country.

  • Improves Productivity: Rest can be beneficial to the employees as they can go back to work more productive than before.

Eligibility Criteria

The following criteria have to be met by the workers in Haryana to apply for the Haryana Labour Welfare Board Travel Scheme.

  • The applicant must be employed in an industrial or commercial establishment in Haryana.

  • The worker should be registered with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.

  • The worker's monthly salary should not exceed ₹18,000.

  • The worker must have a service period of 5 years.

  • The worker should not have received any LTC amount earlier in the concerned block.

Registration Process

The following steps can be followed to register under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.

Step 1: Visit the official Labour Department Haryana website.

Step 2: Click on “Welfare Board Beneficiary Login” on the home page.

Step 3: If you don't have login details, click on “Click Here” to register.

Step 4: Read all instructions, tick the acknowledgement, and click “Submit.”

Step 5: For Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Family ID verification:

  • If you don’t have a Family ID or have forgotten it, select that option to be redirected to the PPP Portal to get the ID.

  • If you have a Family ID, select “I have family ID,” enter the Family ID number, click “Fetch Family Details,” select a family member, enter the OTP sent for verification, and click “Click to Verify.”

Step 6: A new page will open, verify all the details shown.

Step 7: Fill in all details, noting that fields marked in red are mandatory.

Step 8: Upload a photo and click ‘Submit.’

Step 9: A “Successfully Registered” page will appear, and you will receive an SMS/email confirmation.

Step 10: After submission, log in using your username and password.

Application Process

After registering, the following steps can be followed to apply for the Sarkari Yojana.

  • Step 3: Enter your Username, Password, and Captcha, and click "Submit."

  • Step 4: Click on "Schemes" in the opened window to see the list of schemes.

  • Step 5: Select the scheme and read its details.

  • Step 6: Fill in the required details in the online application form and submit it.

Note: Workers can track their application status online through the official website of the Labour Department Haryana. Updates will be sent to the registered mobile number.

How To Register On The Antyodaya-SARAL Portal?

Workers can use the Antyodaya-SARAL portal to register and apply for this state government scheme. People who want to register using this portal can follow these steps.

  • Step 1: Visit the official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.

  • Step 2: If not registered, click on “New User” under ‘Sign In Here’ to register.

  • Step 3: Fill in the required details like Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State.

  • Step 4: Click on ‘Submit.’

  • Step 5: Verify your mobile number and email ID using the OTP received to complete the registration process.

How To Apply For The Government Scheme On The Antyodaya-SARAL Portal?

After registering in the portal, workers can follow these steps to apply for the Haryana Labour Welfare Board Travel Scheme.

  • Step 2: Log in with the email ID used for registration.

  • Step 3: Enter your Password and Captcha, then click ‘Login.’

  • Step 4: Click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services.’

  • Step 5: Search for the government scheme and click on it to open the application form.

  • Step 6: Enter the Parivar Pehchan Patra number (Family ID) and click “Click here to Fetch Family Data” to see the registered family members.

  • Step 7: Select the beneficiary/applicant name, enter the OTP sent to the selected family member, and click “Click to Verify.”

  • Step 8: Fill in all the necessary details and upload the required documents.

  • Step 9: Click submit.

Documents Required

  • Office ID Proof.
