Organic farming is very necessary in the modern world where polluted and adulterated food products are common. It benefits the health, environment and the economy of the nation. However, recognising the perfect region to promote organic farming for the benefit of the stakeholders and the nation as a whole is essential. This is where the Krishi Unnati Yojana govt scheme is enhancing the farming, revenue generation and well-being of the nation.
A region with varied biodiversity, negligible use of insecticides and pesticides, and healthy climatic conditions for agriculture can be said to be ideal for organic farming.
