PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice (“Notice”) is being issued to you, in accordance with the provisions of the Digital
Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025
(“DPDP Rules”), pursuant to your interest in availing services from Fitlife Natural Private
Limited (d/b/a
Jaagruk Bharat) (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Notice provides an itemized description of the personal data that may be collected by the
Company, specifies the specific purpose / basis for such processing, and sets out the framework for your
exercise of certain rights under the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules. Please read this Notice carefully.
1. What Personal Data We May Collect
1.1 The Company may collect the following personal data (as the case may be) from you
for the
purposes detailed in paragraph #2 below:
- identity related information / documents, such as full name, date of birth, gender,
photograph, and Government identification documents (such as PAN Card, Aadhaar card,
voter ID, Passport, driver’s license etc.);

contact information, such as address (residential and postal), telephone number, email,
emergency contact details;

background and qualification related information / documents, such as education (including
marksheets and certificates), employment history, and criminal records, if any (to the extent
permitted by law);

vehicle related information, such as vehicle registration number, challan details, fast tag
details, vehicle tax details, etc.;

health related information / documents, such as blood group, medical history, details of any
disability, etc.;

financial information / documents, such as bank account details, tax related information,
salary and benefits data, existing / past insurance details, social security related information
(such EPF and ESI details), etc.; and

such other information as may be necessary (and/or reasonably requested by the Company)
in connection with the purposes set out below in paragraph #2.
2. What is the purpose for our collection of Personal Data?
2.1. Your personal data shall be processed in connection with:
- verification of your identity;
- creation of profile / account on our website / portal;
- assessing your eligibility for the requested services and/or assessing and preparing the scope
of work and fee estimate for the requested services;
- providing the requested services;
- facilitation of timely communications with you in connection with the services being availed
or sought to be availed;
- processing and responding to your queries; and/or
- complying with applicable Indian laws, regulations, government scheme documents, court
orders, and requests from public authorities.
3. Till when do we retain your personal data?
3.1. Your personal data will be retained by the Company till the fulfilment of the purpose of the
processing of your data, unless you withdraw your consent herein or request for erasure of your
personal data.
3.2. However, irrespective of the above, we will retain your personal data, associated traffic data and
other logs of processing for such period of time as may be prescribed under the DPDP Act, DPDP
Rules and/or other applicable laws.
3.3. Your personal data will be deleted upon the earlier of: (a) you withdrawing your consent herein or
requesting for erasure of your personal data; (b) you signifying your rejection in terms of availing
our services – 30 (thirty) consecutive days of your inactivity in our communications with respected
to the requested services shall be deemed as your rejection of such services; (c) where you are
availing our services, upon fulfilment of the services; and (d) when required to delete your
personal data under applicable laws.
4. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
4.1. Under the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules, you have the following rights (among other rights):
- you have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data;
- you have the right to request the Company for: (i) a summary of the personal data processing
and the processing activities undertaken by the Company; and (ii) identities of all other data
processors with whom your personal data has been shared;
- you have the right to request for correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal
data;
- you have a right to nominate any other individual who shall exercise your rights in the
unfortunate event of your death or incapacity; and
- you have the right to seek redressal of your grievances in connection with processing of your
personal data by us.

4.3. If you are not satisfied with our redressal of your grievances / requests, or if you wish to lodge a
complaint against us, you can reach out to the Data Protection Board of India (“Board”) through
the mechanism that may be notified by the government from time to time.
4.4. While exercising any of your statutory rights, please ensure that you:
- comply with the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules;
- do not impersonate another person;
- do not suppress any material information;
- do not register any false or frivolous grievance or complaint with us or the Board; and
- furnish only such information which is verifiably authentic.
5. Updates to this Notice
5.1. This Notice may be updated from time-to-time on account of changes in our data processing
practices or to ensure compliance with applicable law. Any material changes shall be
communicated to you through an email update or text message to your contact details, as
submitted by you.
