The primary objective of the Griha Aadhar Scheme is to empower women by providing them with a regular monthly income to support their household needs.

Goa homemakers must be able to be financially independent through the attainment of a degree to minimise the financial risks of a family.
To check the spiralling inflation and to uplift the standard of living of lower middle-class population groups.
To empower the women financially, the monthly amount is paid directly into beneficiary bank accounts.

What Is The Eligibility Criteria Of The Griha Aadhar Scheme?

The Griha Aadhar Scheme is designed to provide financial support to married women in Goa to improve their quality of life. The scheme has specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet to avail of the benefits.

Married women of 18 years and above.
The applicant should be a resident Of Goa.
The annual family income limit is ₹ 3 lakhs.
The scheme covered all categories of the widow and the mothers receiving the benefits under the Dayanand Social Security Scheme (DSSS).

Exclusion

Certain individuals are not eligible for the scheme, including

Civil servants of the Goa State Government and any other State Government corporation or State Government-owned autonomous organisation which may be hereinafter referred to as a ‘Regular Employee’.
General employees of the Scheduled Banks, except the Co-operative Banks.
Central civil servants of India or other state civil servants.

Step 2: Enter your email ID/mobile number/ /Generate OTP.

Birth certificate of the child (in the event the applicant is a widow).
A gazetted officer, MP, and MLA signed the verification report.
