You can check the status of your PAN Card by calling the TIN Call Centre and providing them with a 15-digit acknowledgement number, which you must have received after successfully applying.

Check PAN status for your PAN Application by sending an SMS of your 15-digit acknowledgement number to NSDL PAN to 57575. The updates or your status will be provided to you on your mobile number provided in the application.
Message ‘Hi’ to ‘8096078080’ by opening WhatsApp on your phone.
Press ‘Yes’ when asked to receive emails or SMS from 'Protean eGov Technologies Limited'.
Click on the 'Services' option and select 'Status of Application' from the list.
Next, click on the ‘PAN Application’ option.
Enter the 15-digit acknowledgement number of your PAN application.
You will receive your PAN status over there.

Step 2: Select ‘PAN: New/Change Request’ as the application type.

Step 4: Submit your details and check the status.
As one applies for a PAN card, a coupon number will be generated for future use and reference. One can use this coupon number on all the related websites, like NSDL or UTTITSL. Simply navigate to the ‘track PAN status’ option and fill in the coupon number.

Step 2: Click on the ‘instant e-PAN’ option.
Step 3: Further, click on the ‘Check Status/Download PAN’ option.

You can check the PAN status for your application either on the NSDL website or the UTIITSL website. The steps are given below in detail.
Step 1: Visit the official TIN NSDL website.
Step 2: Click to Preview.
Step 3: Select the application type as ‘PAN – New/Change Request’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Select ‘Acknowledgement Number’, enter the acknowledgement number and captcha code and click on 'Submit'. The status of the PAN application will be displayed on the screen.
However, your PAN Card application can be checked online only after 24 hours of your application submission.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Track PAN Card’ tab.
Step 3: Enter the application/coupon number and date of birth and click ‘Search’. The status of the PAN application will be displayed on the screen.

Step 3: In the ‘Application Type’ section, choose ‘PAN – New/Change Request’.
Step 4: Select the ‘Name’ and fill in your Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, and Date of Birth.
Step 5: Click the ‘Submit’ button to obtain the PAN card status.
When you complete your online payment for the PAN application, you can check your payment status by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the Protean website.
Step 2: Click on ‘Services’ and select the ‘PAN’ option.
Step 4: Select the ‘Transaction’ or ‘Acknowledgement Number’. Enter the transaction number or acknowledgement number.
Step 5: Enter your last name, first name, middle name, and date of birth and click ‘Show Status’.
Step 6: The status of your PAN card application payment will be displayed on the screen.
